TERMS OF SERVICE

If you are interested and sure about commissioning me (Vinsprout). Please read my Terms of Service carefully! Thank you!

GENERAL

◆ I will draw OCs, Fanart, Animals, Suggestive/full NSFW, gore, and mecha (only if there’s a very detailed reference sheet design ><).◆ If you have any questions regarding any of these terms, don't hesitate to reach out to me through my email, X, or instagram!◆ I reserve the right to decline any commission requests if I deem them too difficult for me to draw.◆ I will not accept commissions requesting me to replicate or copy other artists’ artstyle as I have my own.Please provide the following if you decide to commission me:

◇ Reference images/character sheets/PDF files of the characters in the commissioned art.◇ Detailed descriptions of what you want to see in the commissioned art◇ Exact date of the deadline. If there’s no hard deadline given, please provide an estimated deadline. This is to ensure that the artist does not take longer than what the client is willing to wait.

PAYMENT

◆ For commissions priced up to 100 USD, the client is required to pay full upfront. The artist will start the commission after receiving the payment.◆ If the price is higher than 100 USD, the client can still choose to pay full upfront OR opt to pay 50% down payment instead.◆ The remaining balance must be paid before I send the final artwork.I will work on a “first-come, first-served” basis; the commission queue will be based on who is able to pay first. This is to prioritize paid commission over unpaid ones!◆ Any commercial use for digital purposes (monetized ads, marketing, and content creations) are subject to an additional fee of +25% of the TOTAL PRICE of the commissioned art.◆ Any commercial use for digital and physical merchandise reproduction purposes (keychains, pins, stickers, posters, etc.) are subject to an additional fee of +150% of The TOTAL PRICE of the commissioned art.

REVISIONS

◆ I will be providing 3 or more sketches of the illustration for the client to choose from to start with. Changes in poses and other adjustments are welcome and will only be accepted during the sketch phase, free of charge.◆ Significant changes requested after the sketch phase may incur additional fees.The client can have up to 3 minor adjustments(minimal color or shape adjustments) free of charge at any time during the process.

DEADLINE AND DELIVERY

◆ I do not accept rushed commissions.◆ The expected delivery time of the final commission is 1 to 2 months. Please consider this turnaround time before commissioning me, especially if the client has a specific deadline in mind!

REFUNDS

◆ The artist has the right to refuse a refund request if the artwork’s progress exceeds 30% in completion.◆ A full refund will be accepted if and only if the client requests cancellation of the commission when it is still in the sketch phase. The client will be prohibited from using any progress of my sketch on any third-party agreements (e.g., using my sketch to commission other artists to continue the sketch)◆ No refunds will be granted, contingent on your dissatisfaction with the final artwork. Please only commission me if you are sure. Thank you!

USE◆ All commissions from me are for personal use only unless agreed upon with the artist. For commercial and/or profit use, please refer to the add-ons section for the additional fees.◆ If the client wants to share/post the commissioned art online. Please always give credit to the artist @vinsprout (preferably tagging me). Alternatively, you may use the watermarked version if you don’t want to tag me all the time!◆ The artist may post the WIPs or the final artwork in any of their socials with the required inclusion of the “commission art” watermark. If you wish to keep the commission private, please do let me know!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS◆ All commissions are my intellectual property. Do not claim my work as your own.◆ Feeding or training my art in any AI generators is prohibited.
